The Work Readiness & Career Planning Skills Competency Award enables students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop the basic planning, time management, technology, communication & self-advocacy skills necessary to enhance their ability to secure and maintain competitive integrated employment. It is a gateway into other noncredit and credit programs, helping students develop the work readiness skills they need to qualify for additional educational & vocational opportunities
