EMT Proficiency Enhancement
As required by California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 9: Prehospital Emergency Medical Services, EMTs must refresh their skills and knowledge every two years. With 24 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credit required in California and 48 hours required by the National Registry for EMTs, this program will facilitate the opportunity to meet the mandated requirement for California and NREMT.

EMTV NC111 Emergency Medical Technician-Basic: Recertification | Provides updated cognitive knowledge and refreshed psychomotor skills for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) in the treatment of emergency/acute injury and illness. Upon completion, students receive 24 hours of California and National Registry mandated continuing education credits and a completed California required EMT Skills Verification form. EMTV NC112 EMT Psychomotor Skills Lab |Offers practice sessions designed to enhance the EMT student's practical skill abilities. Open to current EMT students and EMT refresher students.
